1. GENERAL TERMS

By accessing or using the website operated by EA BRIDGE, you unconditionally agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy, as well as all relevant laws and regulations. If you do not fully accept and agree to these terms, you are expressly prohibited from accessing or using the website or any of its services. Continuing to use the website will be considered your binding acceptance of these terms.

1.1. Eligibility:
The tournament is open to all individuals who meet the registration requirements outlined by the event organizers. Age restrictions, if any, will be specified at the time of registration.

1.2. Registration:
Participants must complete the registration process by the specified deadline. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Incomplete or incorrect registration details may result in disqualification.

1.3. Tournament Structure:
The tournament will be played according to the official Bridge rules and any tournament-specific variations provided by the organizers as specified. Specific details of the tournament format (e.g., elimination rounds, point allocation) will be applicable as per the Tournament Brochure.

2. CODE OF CONDUCT

2.1. Fair Play:
Participants are expected to adhere to the highest standards of sportsmanship and integrity during the tournament. Cheating, collusion, or any form of unethical behaviour will result in immediate disqualification.

2.2. Respect for Opponents:
Respect and courtesy must be extended to all participants, organizers, and officials. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

2.3. Use of Electronic Devices:
The use of mobile phones or other electronic devices during the tournament is strictly prohibited, except for official communication purposes, and must be turned off or set to silent mode.

3. TOURNAMENT RULES AND PROCEDURES

3.1. Game Rules:
The tournament will follow the standard rules of Bridge, unless otherwise specified by the organizers. Participants must be familiar with and understand these rules prior to the tournament.

3.2.Time Limits:
Each round or game will be played within a set time limit. Participants must adhere to these time limits. If a round is not completed within the allotted time, the organizers will determine the outcome.

3.3. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes or conflicts arising during the tournament will be resolved by the tournament organizers or designated officials. Their decision is final.

4. REGISTRATION FEES AND PAYMENTS

4.1. Entry Fee:
The entry fee for the tournament shall be as payable at the time of registration as per the Tournament Brochure. The Fee shall be refunded only based on the Cancellation & Refund Policy of the Tournament.

4.2. Payment Methods:
All Payments for the Participation shall be made in accordance with the Tournament Brochure. Payment must be made in full before participation in the tournament.

5. PRIZES AND AWARDS

5.1. Prize Allocation:
Prizes will be awarded to the top finishers of the tournament. The details of the prize pool, including categories and amounts, will be communicated before the event.

5.2. Prize Eligibility:
Prizes will be awarded only to those who have complied with all tournament rules and have participated in all required rounds. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

5.3. Prize Disbursement:
Winners will be notified during the awards ceremony. Prizes will be distributed at the Venue of the Tournament.

6. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

6.1. Personal Liability:
By participating in the tournament, participants agree to assume all responsibility for any risks or damages associated with their involvement in the event, including personal injury, loss of property, or any other incidents.

6.2. Limitation of Liability:
The organizers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the participant’s involvement in the tournament, except where caused by negligence on the part of the organizers.

6.3. Publicity Rights:
By participating in the tournament, participants grant the organizers permission to use their names, likenesses, and/or images in any promotional materials, media, or public announcements related to the event, without further compensation. 

7. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS

We have the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time by posting updated versions on the website. It is the responsibility of the participants to review and adhere to these Terms periodically.

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate player at any time and for any reason, including if there is any direct or indirect violation of these Terms and Conditions.  

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the tournament will be resolved through Arbitration as per Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The seat of arbitration shall be Chennai and it shall be conducted in English language. The award passed by the Sole Arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the Parties. The cost of arbitration shall be borne equally by the Parties.  

10. ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS TIMELINESS OF THE INFORMATION

We are not responsible if the information made available on this website is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

11. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

By registering and participating in the tournament, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. 

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone for any reason at any time.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
